Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers are so delicious! I love making them for guests because they look kind of fancy. This recipe isn't to complicated and it tastes really good. They also make your home smell like you've been working hard in the kitchen. :)
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger (partly cooked)
2 cups cooked rice
1 medium onion
2 eggs
A dash of salt and pepper
5-6 green peppers
1 1/2 can tomato soup
1 1/2 can milk
Directions
Step 1: Cook two cups of rice. Meanwhile while rice is cooking boil a large pot of water for the peppers. Hollow out the green peppers. Once water is boiling put the pepper in the water and let them boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Dice medium onion into small pieces. Partly cook hamburger and onions on medium heat in skillet.
Step 3: Whisk 2 cans of milk into 2 cans of tomato soup in a separate bowl. Once rice is done cooking add in the hamburger mix to the rice. Mix in 2 eggs and tomato soup into the rice mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 4: Poor water out of the peppers and place them in a 9x13 pan. Spoon rice mixture into the peppers filling them to the top. Poor extra rice into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
