Cranberry Chicken

When my sister first made Cranberry Chicken for me I thought that it sounded so gross, but this is SO delicious.  If you want a super easy and yummy meal this is the way to go.  Whenever I have to cook for other people this is my go to meal.  This meal is also an easy crock-pot dinner, instead of putting it in the oven throw it in the crock-pot on high for 4-5 hours.

Ingredients
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. bottle of kraft fat free French dressing

Directions
Step 1. Mix together Lipton onion soup mix, cranberry sauce, and French dressing into a large bowl.

Step 2. Poor over top of thawed chicken breasts and bake covered with foil for 45 min. - 1 hr. at 350 degrees.  Check half way through to make sure chicken is not being over cooked.

Step 3. Cut up chicken into cubes or shred it (hint: to shred chicken quick and easy, throw warm chicken in the kitchen aid and beat with cooking attachment for 30 seconds.)

Step 4: Serve over rice and you have a delicious meal :)
